If a worker cancels after confirmation, Worker Dekho will attempt to assign another available professional or allow the user to cancel without penalty.
Refunds may be applicable if payment has been made in advance and the service was not delivered due to worker unavailability, cancellation, or verified issues.
Refunds are not applicable once the service has been successfully completed or if cancellation occurs after work has started.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
In case of disputes regarding service quality or charges, users may raise a complaint through the Worker Dekho platform for review.
Worker Dekho reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and cancellations based on investigation and platform policies.
