• Worker Information: Name, mobile number, skills, service category, work location, availability.
• Device Information: IP address, device type, app version (for security & analytics).

3. Location Data

Location data is used only to match users with nearby workers and improve service accuracy. You may allow or deny location access and manually update your location at any time.

• To connect users with suitable workers
• To manage bookings, cancellations, and service history

7. Workers’ Responsibilities

Workers are independent service providers and are responsible for service quality, accuracy of profile details, customer interactions, and compliance with laws.

Users and workers may request account deactivation or data deletion through the app or official support channels.
